I N V I T A T I O N S
Your proof will be sent to you within 24 hours, most invitation orders are usually finalized within a 24 to 36 hour period - (however, please note the time zone difference as we are in Australia).
R E F U N D S
As these items are custom made and downloadable, refunds will not be provided.
For personalised invitations, proofs will be emailed to you.
It is up to you to check all wording, spelling and punctuation.
If an error has been made, (even after you've approved them - we are all human after all) we are happy to redo the artwork, but will not offer a refund or pay for the reprinting of your design if you've already had it printed.
For this reason, we recommend you print a single copy and check and re-check it before having ALL of them printed (believe us, it can be an expensive and frustrating mistake). Errors are picked up more easily from a printed page rather than the computer screen.
Orders will not be cancelled or refunds issued after you have received your proof.
We will do our very best to respond to emails within a few hours. However, we are located in Australia and sometimes are asleep when an email comes through.

You may not resell, share, or commercially use any designs you purchase from Mother Duck Said: "Let's Party!".
By purchasing our products you are purchasing the right to print your invitation or printables however and as often as you'd like, but the design itself still belongs to "Mother Duck Said Let's Party!".
Please do not claim our designs as your own.

Colors can sometimes look different depending on your monitor and printer, we are not responsible for these differences in color.

If you are providing a photo, it needs to be 300 dpi or higher for the best print quality.
We respect the legal rights of professional photographers.
It is illegal for us to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer or company that holds the copyright.
By submitting your photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission from the photographer.
If you are unsure, don't send us a photo taken by a professional.
P R O O F S

We want your invitation to be one that you love so you will receive up to three rounds of edits, before we send you your final file ready for printing.
If after three edits you still want further changes made that you did not communicate to us during the first three edits, you will be asked to pay an additional $5 per change.
Please consider your changes carefully so that additional custom design charges don't apply (please see the 'custom designs' section below).
If you are wanting to change colors and/or fonts, or would like to substitute items on the invitation, additional charges may be applied due to the extra time needed to customize your order.

If you would like custom changes made (color, background, layout) we are happy to do that for you if the design is one that we can change.
There will be a customization fee for this change to be made.
Please contact us if you would like any changes made so we can let you know if we can change that particular design and how much the change will cost.
Simple changes are usually an additional $5 for invitations and thank you cards.
All images or fonts we use have a commercial license, or are created from scratch by ourselves.
We do not use (and will not use) copyrighted or trademarked images; companies such as Disney do not sell commercial licenses to small businesses even though you'll find many of these items available from other sellers.

We usually have our invitations and thank you cards printed at a photo lab on matte paper.
Most of our printables we print on card stock that is between 160 and 200gsm (90lb index - please refer to table found on website linked above) - (however, cup wrappers work best on regular copy paper).
Photo props are best printed on 250gsm.
